How to lose the all important Milczewsky vote.

My family has been lucky enough to receive around 10 recorded messages from the Romney campaign attacking John McCain over the past two days. My family does not respond well to attack ads, especially when they come from people of dubious character. Romney has come across as extraordinarily disingenuous this entire race, negative campaigning is really a bad choice for him.

Final Milczewsky votes:
Dad: Huckabee
Mom: McCain
Me: Registered as "Non-affiliated" and therefore unable to vote in the Republican primary, but my vote would have gone to Huckabee.
Anna: Apathetic to politics, isn't registered.
Ben: Had class all day and didn't make it out before we left for Biola.
Christina: "I really hope Romney loses"

There might have been a chance last summer when Romney could have won my family's support, but he just came across as another greasy politician. His actions in the past month or so have confirmed this suspicion. If for some unfortunate reason Romney ends up winning the nomination (which it seems he thankfully will not) my family would vote for him over Hillbama, but it would be with a bitter taste in the mouth. He hasn't been able to overcome his image as a political opportunist, I don't think he would be able to in the next 9 months, and I believe the Republicans would eventually lose the election.

Here's hoping for McCain/Huckabee 08!

I always thought Romney was smarmy ....I could just never figure out exactly why....
